All Guideline Eyegear products are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for the lifetime of the product. This warranty does not cover damage from normal wear or abuse, such as scratched lenses. Guideline Eyegear will either repair or replace, at our option, any pair of Guideline Eyegear Eyegear product which is found to be defective. In the event the same model is not available for replacement, Guideline Eyegear agrees to offer the customer the choice of the three most similar models (of equal or greater value) for the purpose of satisfying this warranty.
We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing defects and accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
Within 60 days of your original purchase: Guideline Eyegear gladly accepts returns of unused or defective merchandise for a full refund.
Refunds must be accompanied by original receipt. Your refund will be made in the form of the original payment.
If the original receipt is unavailable, Guideline Eyegear will make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price. Guideline Eyegear can only accept returns or exchanges of items that were purchased on www.glpolarized.com or by calling our customer service department at 866-842-3474.
If you purchased an item from a retail store (not www.glpolarized.com) the item should be returned or exchanged directly with that store. Each store may have a different return policy, so please check the location where you originally purchased your glasses.
